You—my incredible China Uncensored 50-Cent Army—did something amazing.
When you support China Uncensored on Locals, it does more than just help us pay our writers and editors to help us keep making great episodes. You are also supporting new, exciting projects that stick it to the CCP.
Like the Digital Lennon Wall (https://hklennonwall.com) where thousands of people around the world are posting notes about Hong Kong and the CCP.
We started this project in April, by hiring a team of security experts, web developers, and a Hong Kong artist.
Our goal was to get 10,000 posts by the end of June. By June 30, we had more than 12,000. We also got interviewed about it on China Insider (https://youtu.be/cM4x3SvklzY) and in the Sunday Guardian (https://sundayguardianlive.com/investigation/countering-ccps-narrative-warfare-with-the-digital-lennon-wall)
Well done, 50-Cent Army!
I just want you to know how much we appreciate your ongoing support of China Uncensored on Locals. This is the kind of project you enable us to do!
China loves to talk about its growing global power. The Belt and Road Initiative spans continents, Chinese ports dot the globe, and the Chinese Communist Party claims it’s reshaping the world order. But when it comes to actual military presence abroad, China has just one overseas base—located in Djibouti, on the Horn of Africa. And now, that base is at risk.

China has quietly launched its invasion of the US. But it's not flashy. It starts in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, or CNMI for short, which is just to the north of Guam. And in particular, Saipan, where a major World War 2 battle was fought.
